A Solstice Dream

I am a real lover of in person gatherings, however, this one is absolutely perfect for at home.

set yourself up in a cosy space, or even from your bed.

Bring anything you may need such as teas, a journal, candles and any other objects you enjoy bringing with you to create an intneional space.

We will be moving through a beautiful meditative journey, where you will enter a deep state of rest, connection and receptivity.

From here we will begin to connect deeply to your truest essence and dream in the new year, together.

There will be space for sharing and connecting either side of the practice.
