Femme Flow Online Gathering - 13 August

This is an option to join one of the gatherings if you cannot make it to all three.

'Femme flow is so much more than yoga, it is a community, a group of like minded sisters; a sisterhood where we share, create, nourish, witness and most importantly support one another. I'm so excited that you've felt the call or atlleast felt curious to join this group.'

Each month we gather for feminine flow or other events; we get to know and see familiar faces, we bravely show up through our hearts and our wombs as well as allllowing this to be an anchor point for reflection and feedback, a space to grow, a space to evolve and a space to dream.

More about the gathering -

There will be three consecutive online gatherings

this is an opportunity for us to dive deeper into the feminine practices we are acquainting ourselves with at femme flow.

Together we will move, breathe, flow, share & create.

Bring along a journal, set up your space with all things sacred to you and get ready to connect, dream & explore together.

Payment plans are available on request, and I have kept the pricing very affordable so that more of us can come together!

The power of women gathering: knowing that we are a part of a web of other women empowering themselves and each other is deeply healing but also gives us added support in all our dreams and endeavours.

So come along, with your hopes., dreams, and things you are working through.

You belong and there's a community of diverse and magical sisters waiting to meet you.

The beauty we create at each gathering honestly takes my breath away and is totally formed by the energy you bring and who shows up, as well as what may be going on for each of us.

The gatherings will be held over three weeks:

10 -12pm Irish Time

13 August : Connect, open

20 August - Imbue, Create

27 August - Integration and bringing the vision and practices forward

We will dive into a different theme and set of practices each week.
